Simply continue with your usual daily activities without making any changes. Your skin will be cleansed before the procedure, so it’s best not to apply any products or cosmetics beforehand.

During your consultation, we will assess the areas requiring treatment and create a personalized plan with you. If certain areas cannot be effectively treated, we will provide realistic expectations. Some types of folds may be too deep for filler treatment.

All premium grade of dermal fillers typically last between 12 to 18 months. These fillers are fully biodegradable and break down naturally over time. Since absorption rates vary among individuals, the best indicator for when a top-up is needed is how the treated area looks and feels.

Side effects associated with these products are rare, with bruising being the most common, as is typical with any type of injection. This bruising is usually minimal and can be effectively covered with makeup.

If you are taking blood-thinning medications such as aspirin or warfarin, it’s important to inform your practitioner. While this may increase the risk of bruising, it does not necessarily prevent us from proceeding with the treatment. We will take extra precautions to minimize any potential bruising.
